THE LAW IS UNLAWFUL

Remember Rosa Parkes? She decided the "law" making black people sit at the back of the bus was illegal. Laws preventing us having and using HERB are also UNLAWFUL

New York City may soon shed its infamous reputation as the pot bust capital of the world. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly Monday issued an internal order to the NYPD telling officers they can no longer arrest people for marijuana possession in public view if the marijuana was not in public view before officers either searched the person and produced it or the person produced it after an officer's demand that he empty his pockets.

Although New York state has decriminalized the possession of small amounts of marijuana, the NYPD has made a practice of stopping people -- mainly young people of color -- on the streets, searching them or demanding they empty their pockets, then charging them with possession in public view. Unlike simple pot possession, which is only a ticketable offense, possession in public view is an arrestable offense that typically results in a day-long stay in jail before the defendant can appear before a judge.

New York City and the NYPD have come under increasingly heat over the practice, which has resulted in tens of thousands of marijuana in public view arrests each year in recent years. The policy began under the administration of then Mayor Rudy Giuliani, but has continued under the administration of Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who famously admitted having smoked pot and enjoying it.

Snuff Movies to desensitise the troops- Coool!

British soldiers in Afghanistan shown 'war snuff movies'

Camp Bastion's 'Kill TV nights' are intended to update troops on mission's progress, says MoD
By Kunal Dutta

                            RIP Girls

Disturbing footage of Apache attack helicopters killing people in Afghanistan is being shown to frontline British soldiers in "Kill TV nights" designed to boost morale, a television documentary will reveal.
The discovery of the practice comes in the wake of the damning verdict of the Baha Mousa inquiry into the conduct of some in the military. It casts fresh questions over the conduct of soldiers deployed abroad and has provoked a furious response from peace campaigners.
Andrew Burgin from Stop the War last night described it as the "ultimate degradation of British troops", comparing it to the desensitisation to death of US soldiers in the final stages of the Vietnam War.
The footage, seen by The Independent on Sunday, shows ground troops at the British headquarters in Helmand province, Camp Bastion, gathered for a get-together said to be called "Kill TV night".
Described as an effort to boost morale among soldiers, it shows an Apache helicopter commander admitting possible errors of judgement and warning colleagues not to disclose what they have seen. "This is not for discussion with anybody else; keep it quiet about what you see up here," he says in the film. "It's not because we've done anything wrong. But we might have done."
Last night, the MoD confirmed the speaker to be Warrant Officer Class 2 Andy Farmer, who is based with the Apache squadron in Wattisham, Suffolk.
Much of the footage is along the lines of the now infamous video of a US Apache helicopter strike on civilians in Baghdad in 2007, first released on WikiLeaks last year. In one clip an Afghan woman is targeted after a radio dialogue between pilots refers to her as a "snake with tits".
Another clip from a recent "Kill TV" night shows the cross-hair of an Apache helicopter taking aim at an insurgent. WOII Farmer gives a running commentary: "OK, so he's walking along... then thinks... I'm gonna go off and get my 70 vessel [sic] virgins 'cause daylight's coming quite quick."
As the missile hits the target and kills the person, he says "Goodnight princess", adding "this is where you see he's actually had the clothes ripped off him by the blast".
He defends the decision to celebrate the deaths of Afghans. "People look at it and say you know... young lads are laughing at the enemy being killed," he says. "Well, I don't know if the Taliban do something similar but I'm sure they rejoice when they kill one of us."
When asked by the interviewer in the film what he thinks goes through the head of a Taliban fighter when they see an Apache coming, WOII Farmer replies: "Hopefully a 30mm bullet".
Later in the film, he is defiant about the moral consequences of war: "We're out there do to a job. We're not there to tickle the Taliban, we're out there to hurt them because they have no qualms about hurting us.
"Of the engagements that I've taken part in... I have absolutely no dramas with it. None at all. I don't really care whether they think it's a fair fight. If they're [the Taliban] gonna pick up a weapon and take us on, then best of luck to them."
But peace campaigners have a different view. Mr Burgin said: "The fact that British soldiers are reduced to watching what are effectively snuff movies shows the complete failure of the project in Afghanistan. It's nothing to do with democracy, but a failure of war that is trickling down and resulting in a mental degradation among ground troops.
"Afghanistan is a dreadful situation and it is no better than it was a decade ago."
The controversy is believed to have prompted a rethink of the way in which the MoD will limit access to soldiers by documentary makers in the future, according to senior sources.
Last night an MoD spokesman denied any wrongdoing. "Regular briefings occur within the Joint Helicopter Force to all their deployed personnel to provide an update on the operations that they have supported," he said. "This in some cases shows footage taken from the Apache."
The footage is included in a three-part series, 'Fighting on the Frontline', that starts on Channel 4 tonight

It's only a fine IF YOU PAY IT! If not, it's just Fine

Thousands of civilians granted power to issue fines

A growing number of civilians are being granted police-style powers allowing them to issue fines and demand personal details from the public.

More than 2,200 workers including council wardens, security guards and countryside rangers are being given the powers, through which they can levy fines of up to £80.
The so-called Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) was derided by senior Tories when in opposition, but the number of people empowered by the scheme has swollen by a third in the past year.
Police and civil liberties campaigners have raised concerns over the accountability of civilians signed up to the scheme and the advance of Britain's surveillance state.
Simon Reed, vice chairman of the Police Federation, said: “I’m sure that the public would have huge concerns knowing that we have people walking around in this pseudo-enforcement role without proper accountability and legitimacy.”
Under the scheme, councils, NHS trusts and private sector companies can pay a fee of a few hundred pounds for Home Office accreditation via their local police force.

USA Smearing their Shit over the Borders

U.S. Government Used Taxpayer Funds to Buy, Sell Weapons During 'Fast and Furious,' Documents Show

Published September 26, 2011

Not only did U.S. officials approve, allow and assist in the sale of more than 2,000 guns to the Sinaloa cartel -- the federal government used taxpayer money to buy semi-automatic weapons, sold them to criminals and then watched as the guns disappeared.
This disclosure, revealed in documents obtained by Fox News, could undermine the Department of Justice's previous defense that Operation Fast and Furious was a "botched" operation where agents simply "lost track" of weapons as they were transferred from one illegal buyer to another. Instead, it heightens the culpability of the federal government as Mexico, according to sources, has opened two criminal investigations into the operation that flooded their country with illegal weapons.

Operation Fast and Furious began in October 2009. In it, federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives encouraged gun stores to sell weapons to an arms smuggling gang, then watched as the guns crossed the border and were used in crimes. Each month, the agency allowed hundreds of guns to go South, despite opposition from some agents.
All told, the gang spent more than $1.25 million for the illegal guns.
In June 2010, however, the ATF dramatically upped the ante, making the U.S. government the actual "seller" of guns.
According to documents obtained by Fox News, Agent John Dodson was ordered to buy six semi-automatic Draco pistols -- two of those were purchased at the Lone Wolf gun store in Peoria, Ariz. An unusual sale, Dodson was sent to the store with a letter of approval from David Voth, an ATF group supervisor.
Dodson then sold the weapons to known illegal buyers, while fellow agents watched from their cars nearby.
This was not a "buy-bust" or a sting operation, where police sell to a buyer and then arrest them immediately afterward. In this case, agents were "ordered" to let the sale go through and follow the weapons to a stash house.
According to sources directly involved in the case, Dodson felt strongly that the weapons should not be abandoned and the stash house should remain under 24-hour surveillance. However, Voth disagreed and ordered the surveillance team to return to the office. Dodson refused, and for six days in the desert heat kept the house under watch, defying direct orders from Voth.
A week later, a second vehicle showed up to transfer the weapons. Dodson called for an interdiction team to move in, make the arrest and seize the weapons. Voth refused and the guns disappeared with no surveillance.
According to a story posted Sunday on a website dedicated to covering Fast and Furious, Voth gave Dodson the assignment to "dirty him up," since Dodson had become the most vocal critic of the operation.
"I think Dodson demanded the letter from Voth to cover both himself and the FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee). He didn't want to be hung out to dry by Voth," a source told the website "Sipsey Street Irregulars."
Subsequent to this undercover operation, sources told Sipsey, "Dodson just about came apart all over them (his supervisors). In a 'screaming match' that was heard throughout the Phoenix office by many employees, Dodson yelled at Voth and Assistant Special Agent in Charge George Gillett, 'Why not just go direct and empty out the (ATF) arms room?" (to the cartels), or words to that effect.'
After the confrontation, ATF managers transferred Dodson to a more menial job. Months later, after the death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, Dodson blew the whistle and went public about the federal government's gunrunning operation.

Texas school girls still dying in the wake of Rick Perry's greed

Wednesday, September 28, 2011

(NaturalNews) Reports are still streaming in ofgirls in Texas as young as 9 years oldhaving outbreaks of genital warts, going into convulsions, becoming paralyzed, slipping into comas, and even dying after being force-vaccinated by the highly controversial HPV vaccine Gardasil.

Thousands of well-documented cases have been posted to VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, but nothing is being done because VAERS only investigates cases that the manufacturer Merck suggests as, "complaints that require further research," which, so far is none.

"In our analysis of VAERS data, we look for patterns of adverse events that may be plausibly linked to a vaccine. Such patterns of adverse events may require further study."

Put simply, if asuspected murdererwas on trial, and the Judge asked him or her if there were any other accomplices who helped plan or commit the crime, and the suspect said no,should the jury and the general public feel secure, that the suspect is telling the truth, and that no further investigation is necessary?

There areabsolutely no checks and balances in place for properly verifying the flood of incoming damage reports. Nurses in Virginia filter and medically encode the public complaints on VAERS, and then they repost them, often make coding errors.

Plus, the site is regulated by the FDA who approved the horror in the first place. How can the public rely on the so called "transparency" of the site whenreports are botched and full of misleading medical codes? As far as the public knows, the last coma report could now be listed as "broccoli allergen 3.2."

To make things worse, girls and their parents must be "educated" about the vaccine before it is administered, so in other words, have a frank discussion with your nine year old child about sex before you place them in line to be poisoned against their will.

Is this 1940 Nazi Germany all over again? Maybe all the victims of this executive order should also be forced to watch a video that documents the Republican extremist Rick Perry's infamous run for the oval office and his political views.

The truth about Gardasil, and why Rick Perry's endorsement threatened the health of millions

Tuesday, September 27, 2011
(NaturalNews) Texas Gov. Rick Perry's failed plot to force Merck & Co.'s Gardasil vaccine on millions of young girls in the Lone Star State has sparked renewed interest among Americans, as to what all the controversy is about concerning the vaccine (http://www.naturalnews.com/033571_R...).

The mainstream media's response to the incident has included a lot of whitewashing, as well as a full-scale damage control operation to reaffirm the supposed safety of Gardasil, which is alleged by Merck to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) and some forms of cervical cancer. But the cat is out of the bag as thousands of curious Americans, many for the first time, are learning about the very real dangers associated with the Gardasil vaccine.

Not long after the vaccine was approved back in 2006, Gardasil's deadly side effects quickly began to emerge. Reports came in about young girls experiencing seizures and developing chronic neurological problems, as well as other conditions, immediately after receiving one or more of the three-part Gardasil vaccination schedule.

And according to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny fromNewsWithView.com, there were already more than 1,200 adverse events from the vaccine logged in the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) less than a year after its release (http://www.newswithviews.com/Tenpen...).

And because as little as one percent of adverse events are even reported in VAERS, Dr. Tenpenny says that as many as 126,000 instances of "acute health problems" may have resulted from young girls getting their Gardasil shots.

A report was put together by a group of mothers whose daughters died or became seriously injured after receiving either Gardasil or Cervarix. Cervarix is another, but less popular, HPV vaccine produced by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

Major adverse events caused by the shots include the development of autoimmune disorders, paralysis, Guillain Barre Syndrome, seizures, migraine headaches, blindness, hearing loss, memory loss, and death (http://truthaboutgardasil.org/wp-co...).

So far in 2011 alone, there have been nearly 1,500 adverse events reported in association with Gardasil or Cervarix -- and in 2010, there were more than 2,500 adverse events reported in association with the two vaccines (http://vaers.hhs.gov/data/data).

To date, there have been more than 21,000 reported cases of girls being adversely injured by Gardasil or Cervarix, more than 3,100 serious injury reports, and more than 100 reported deaths (http://www.naturalnews.com/031502_G...).

Based on this information, you can clearly see why Gov. Perry's 2007 executive order, and his continued defense of it, represents a significant threat to public health. If Gov. Perry's executive order would have been preserved and upheld by the Texas state legislature, thousands of additional girls in Texas may have been seriously injured or killed as a result.

Internet Censorship and Wikileaks

A final disclaimer on the subject of Wikileaks. This author believes Wikileaks to be a “US Government con job.” Esteemed analyst William Engdahl has written extensively on this topic. Daniel Estulin of Bilderberg fame has also recently published a book on the deceptive nature of Wikileaks and its use as a tool of disinformation, the results of which we are now witnessing. Founder of Cryptome (John Young) worked with “Wikileaks” in its infancy and left after growing suspicion.

War of words over global warming as Nobel laureate resigns in protest

A Nobel laureate has quit one of the world's leading organisations for scientists in protest at its assertion that the evidence of damaging global warming is "incontrovertible".

In a fresh challenge to claims that there is scientific "consensus" on climate change, Prof Ivar Giaever has resigned from the American Physical Society, where his peers had elected him a fellow to honour his work.
The society, which has 48,000 members, has adopted a policy statement which states: "The evidence is incontrovertible: global warming is occurring."
But Prof Giaever, who shared the 1973 Nobel award for physics, toldThe Sunday Telegraph. "Incontrovertible is not a scientific word. Nothing is incontrovertible in science."
The US-based Norwegian physicist, who is the chief technology officer at Applied Biophysics Inc and a retired academic at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the oldest technological university in the English-speaking world, added: "Global warming has become the new religion."
Prof Giaever was one of Barack Obama's leading scientific supporters during the 2008 president election campaign, joining 70 Nobel science laureates endorsing his candidacy.

But he has since criticised Mr Obama over his stance on global warming and was one of more 100 scientists who wrote an open letter to him, declaring: "We maintain that the case for alarm regarding climate change is grossly overstated."
He has now parted company with the APS after what he called lengthy consideration. In an email to its executive office Kate Kirby, he said he "cannot live" with its official statement on global warming.
He questioned whether the average temperature of "the whole earth for a whole year" can be accurately measured, but contended that even if the results are accurate, they indicate the climate has actually been "amazingly stable" for 150 years.
And he concluded that in any case, both "human health and happiness have definitely improved" over the so-called "warming period" of the last century and a half.
In its policy statement, the APS declares: "Emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities are changing the atmosphere in ways that affect the Earth's climate. They are emitted from fossil fuel combustion and a range of industrial and agricultural processes. The evidence is incontrovertible: global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth's physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now."
Prof Giaever is one of the most prominent scientific dissenters challenging the controversial man-made global warming claims of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and former US vice-president Al Gore.
He has testified to the US Senate about his doubts, calling himself a "sceptic" on global warming and citing both his birthplace and other scientific scares he has seen come and go during his career.
"I am Norwegian, should I really worry about a little bit of warming?" he said. "I am unfortunately becoming an old man. We have heard many similar warnings about the acid rain 30 years ago and the ozone hole 10 years ago or deforestation but the humanity is still around.
"Global warming has become a new religion. We frequently hear about the number of scientists who support it. But the number is not important: only whether they are correct is important. We don't really know what the actual effect on the global temperature is. There are better ways to spend the money."
Prof Giaever, 82, is not alone in rejecting the APS's insistence that there is consensus on the existence and severity of man-made global warming.
Several prominent members have expressed frustration that it has refused to reconsider its position – drawn up in 2007 – in the light of the "Climategate" controversy about the findings of the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia.
"Measured or reconstructed temperature records indicate that 20th - 21st century changes are neither exceptional nor persistent, and the historical and geological records show many periods warmer than today," dissenters wrote in an open letter to it its governing board.
Last year, another sceptic, Hal Lewis, a University of California professor quit the group, describing global warming as a "scam" and a "pseudoscientific fraud".
